Data quality is a very subjective topic. Some of our customer are happy with 90% accuracy and some think it’s horrible.
There are roughly 16 million businesses and another 6 million home-based businesses, plus over 300 million consumers in the US. All these businesses and people are constantly moving and we have no way of keeping up with it on a real-time basis, even though we do our best to update our databases.
If we told you we have 100% accuracy, we would be lying to you. We would rather be upfront and honest with you.
